Terms of Service
Last updated: 1 September 2026
These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of Quadra Applicator (the “Platform”) operated by Quadra. By creating an account, submitting a project, uploading files, or otherwise using the Platform, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy.
1. About the Platform
Quadra Applicator connects customers with certified Quadra applicators for surface installation projects. The Platform facilitates discovery, project discussions, file sharing, technical support oversight, reviews, warranty tracking, and complaint management. Quadra does not perform installation work directly unless separately agreed in writing.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old and capable of entering a binding agreement. Applicators must complete Quadra’s registration and approval process before offering services through the Platform.
3. Accounts & Security
- You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials.
- You must provide accurate and complete registration information and keep it up to date.
- You may sign in with email/password or Google OAuth where available.
- Email verification may be required before full access to the Platform.
- You must notify us promptly of any unauthorized use of your account.
- We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, our policies, or applicable law.
4. Customer Responsibilities
- Provide truthful project information, including scope, location, and relevant files.
- Provide a valid WhatsApp number where required so we and applicators can reach you about your projects.
- Only upload files you have the right to share, and accept the file upload terms shown at submission.
- Communicate respectfully with applicators and technical support through the Platform.
- Submit reviews and complaints in good faith based on actual project experience.
- Understand that choosing an applicator and proceeding with onsite work is your decision together with the applicator; the Platform facilitates connection and record-keeping but is not the installer.
5. Customer Data & Project Content
By creating a project or uploading content, you grant Quadra and the applicators you engage a limited license to use, store, and display that content solely to operate the Service (discussions, quotations, support, warranty, and dispute resolution). You retain ownership of your content subject to this license.
Project details, chat messages, and uploaded files may be visible to applicators involved in your project and to authorized Quadra staff. Do not upload unlawful, offensive, or malicious content.
6. Applicator Responsibilities
- Maintain an accurate profile, portfolio, and certification information.
- Respond to inquiries and project discussions professionally and promptly.
- Use customer project data only for legitimate project-related purposes.
- Perform work in accordance with Quadra standards and applicable regulations.
- Handle complaints and warranty obligations in good faith.
- Accept that Quadra may adjust applicator levels, points, or visibility based on platform rules.
7. Project Discussions & Selection
Customers may discuss projects with multiple applicators before selecting one. Once an applicator is confirmed for a project, other related discussions may be closed. Status updates, chat messages, and project records are stored on the Platform for transparency and support purposes.
8. Reviews & Complaints
Reviews may be submitted after a project reaches the completed “Done” status. Reviews are subject to moderation. Complaints must be factual and may affect applicator points, levels, or account status. False or abusive reports may result in account action.
9. Warranty
Installation warranty status is tracked on the Platform from project confirmation through completion. Warranty terms and coverage are governed by Quadra’s applicable warranty policies and any separate agreements between the customer and applicator.
10. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Use the Platform for unlawful, fraudulent, or harmful purposes.
- Harass, threaten, or discriminate against other users.
- Upload malware, spam, or content that infringes third-party rights.
- Attempt to access accounts or data without authorization.
- Scrape, reverse engineer, or disrupt the Platform’s operation.
- Misuse another person’s personal data obtained through the Platform.
11. Account Deletion
You may request deletion of your account through profile settings, subject to confirmation steps. Deletion is permanent for account access. Certain project or transaction records may be retained as described in our Privacy Policy for legal, warranty, or audit purposes.
12. Intellectual Property
The Platform, including its design, branding, and software, is owned by Quadra or its licensors. You may not copy or exploit Platform materials except as permitted by these Terms.
13. Disclaimer
The Platform is provided “as is” and “as available”. We do not guarantee uninterrupted access or that every applicator–customer match will result in a successful project. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim warranties not expressly stated in these Terms.
14. Limitation of Liability
Quadra is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Platform or any work performed by an applicator. Our total liability for any claim related to the Platform shall not exceed the amount you paid us (if any) in the twelve months preceding the claim.
15. Termination
You may stop using the Platform at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for violations of these Terms, legal requirements, or to protect users and the Platform. Provisions that by nature should survive termination will remain in effect.
16. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Updated Terms will be posted on this page with a revised “Last updated” date. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
17. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Indonesia, without regard to conflict of law principles. Disputes shall be resolved in the competent courts of Indonesia unless otherwise required by law.
18. Contact
For questions about these Terms, contact Quadra Technical Support through the Platform or your usual Quadra representative.
